INGREDIENTS:

-100 sage leaves

-1 litre of water

-500 g sugar

-1 glass of alcohol

METHOD

Put the sage to macerate for 40 days in alcohol.

After the time prepare the syrup with water and sugar and add it to the sage.

Filter and bottle.
