INGREDIENTS FOR 2 PEOPLE:
-250 gr of ricotta and spinach ravioli
-30 grams of butter
-4-5 fresh sage leaves
-pine nuts (optional)
Put the ravioli in boiling salted water, while the ravioli cook put the pan on the fire with the butter on medium heat with the washed and dried sage leaves and pine nuts.
Cook them until they are crispy and the butter has not gone in.
It will take about 3-4 minutes.
Beware, however, not to burn the butter, it must not become caramel or start smoking.
When the sage is cooked and the flavored butter add the ravioli, which will now be cooked, and sautéed so that the pasta absorbs the flavored butter.
