-100gr butter at room temperature
-half a teaspoon of fresh or dried lavender flowers
-1 teaspoon baking powder for cakes
-2 teaspoons of powdered sugar
-a pinch of salt
In a bowl, put the softened butter and the sugar, with the electric whips, whisk them until you have a light and fluffy mixture.
In another bowl mix the flour with baking powder, icing sugar, pinch of salt and lavender flowers. Incorporate the dry ingredients to the butter and sugar cream.
Mix everything, you will get a crumbled mixture, transfer it on a sheet of baking paper and knead it again with your hands.
Put the mixture between two sheets of baking paper and roll out with a rolling pin, in a not too thick sheet, make biscuits of the preferred shape, place them on a baking tray covered with baking paper and bake at 150 ° C for 20 minutes.
