LAVENDER ICE CREAM

INGREDIENTS:

-200 g honey

-1 litre of cream

-6 eggs

-a handful of lavender flowers

METHOD:

Add honey, cream and eggs and let it thicken over a low heat, add lavender flowers and put it in the ice cream maker.

After about an hour and a half extract it and stir it; then put into the freezer, the ice-cream is ready.
