-1 spoonful of coarse salt
-1 kg flour 00
-10 g brewer’s yeast
Break the whole eggs, add the salt.
Sift the yeast and let it melt in a little water, add the flour and form, adding water, a batter of creamy and elastic consistency.
Finally add chives to taste and let rise for a few hours.
Fry in plenty of peanut oil.
